APEC Online Dispute Resolution Platform - eBRAM Project

eBRAM has launched fully web-based Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform with video conferencing technology which enables parties to sign Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) agreement in electronic format and conduct mediation meetings and arbitration hearings online.

My duties and responsibilities

I helped to revamp the whole covid-19 project into this APEC ODR. Not using pure php anymore, we used nextjs as frontend and combined with laravel as backend service. I built API endpoint using middleware to prevent XSS vulnerability, having auth and validation. I also helped built the notification service with model letter which generate system message and send out emails to notify user.

Online Mediation Platform

Parties to a dispute may commence an e-mediation, with meetings being conducted virtually through the platform where the mediator can communicate separately with each party or simultaneously with both parties.

My duties and responsibilities

Ensure all API are well-tested using cypress and having source control with git. Any common functions will be deployed as features branch on both platform. Updating the wordings using i18n for language translation.

CUHK Event Managemnt System (EMS) - One Solution Project

Developedand maintained an ERP system. Followed frontend designer preparation on layout design, I built the application alone. Modules included system guest management, data import, event monitoring, online registration forms, CRM functions, waitlist quota, walk-in guest registration, Floor plan of seating, Seat Reservation,e-Ticket generation, confirmation email, admission with QR code, and attendance report.

My duties and responsibilities

I embed a fully-customizable Online form as survey/reply slip in our MVC application. Moreover, i created a user-friendly seating plan arrangement with reservation functionality. I also designed a quota engine working on both auto/manual flow.

One-stop platform provides one-click visibility for carriers’ service in shipping and logistics area. In other words,

The website act as a free freight rate search engine which allow user to make decision on search and book their shipment based on the filters and calculation for each single route.

My duties and responsibilities

I createAPI connection with shipping carrier to store real-time data and maintain thesearch functions. Furthermore, I created API with php and cURL, then converted the return JSON data to database. I also add filters and search functionality from designer prototype. Centralized the data get from variety of API parties such as CMA CGM, ZIM, MAERSK.

Ample Innovation Storage

There are APIs to control the robots used for storage system. Clients can register a session for take out or store. Once they arrive, they can use mobile app to scan the QR Code and wait the robot to take the slot to the storage point.

Notebook Ownership Program for Tertiary (NOP) - HKT Project

Developedand maintained an E-commerce portal. This project aims to maintain an Online Purchase Portal as an Apple-authorized Education Reseller. Six developers were included in this project. In the whole project, using the Magento framework with LAMP stack.

My duties and responsibilities

Create and customize extensions based on commercial cases working with Apple Inc. In the Mean time, I created a timeslot pickup function customer can choose by the date, time-period, and center restricted by shop quota. I also created the E-signature on the admin panel to speed up the pickup process. More to know, I customized downloadable sales order report for retail and marketing team.
